LAP RRG, a commercial insurer focused on taxis in the greater NY/NJ area, was scaling faster than they could manage by hand. They were looking to build an entire operations system for nearly every part of the business, from underwriting and claims adjusting. Their current processes were larger by hand and paper, seriously.
A bubble portal integrated with several API's such as Google Maps, a VIN decoder, and an MVA/DMV driver screening tool. The portal allows for agents or employees to submit new applications, an underwriter to quote and declare policies, claims management, document generation, and much more.
